Works In Progress – Surface Love!

This week I wanted to share some recent visuals of works in my studio.  I’ve been sanding wooden panels and preparing them with sizing glue and gesso for painting.  Also, I have begun several underpaintings in oil.

Mmmm… the aroma of solvents and oil paint!  <<<>>>

This is a pencil drawing for a preliminary value study for a larger oil painting.
